Redeemer Church Montclair - IN PROGRESS

Wyanoke Builders is serving as Construction Manager overseeing and managing the 12,000sf expansion to Redeemer Church in Montclair, NJ. The 2-story addition with full basement will house new classrooms, offices, conference rooms, a commercial kitchen, multi-purpose spaces, bathrooms, an elevator, and brand new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure. As part of the project, an existing residential structure will be demolished to make way for a new underground drainage system, parking lot, and landscaped areas.
